The login using SSO is mandatory. Only registered users can log in. Each account must be used by one person only.
Always ensure that the user account is listed in your supplier interface. Only active users who are registered with your interface can log in. Once you are logged in at any refurbed service, you will also be logged in automatically after you click the “continue with Refurbed” button.
Please make sure each person uses their own account. It is critical to note that using shared accounts is strictly prohibited, as outlined in our Seller Guide and by Zendesk. Violating this policy can lead to serious consequences.
Single Sign On means that your user data gets validated via the refurbed servers. When accessing our refurbed Zendesk supplier instance, logging in using the Single Sign-On (SSO) is essential. It is necessary for us in order to implement specific configurations and settings for your user account and to make sure all users are active on refurbed. Using SSO is not just a preference. Failure to use SSO is considered a violation of our terms of service and may result in significant repercussions. Therefore, we strongly encourage all users to comply with these guidelines for a secure and efficient user experience.
