A ticket only appears in a view if there is a new message (except the “Customer asked for refurbed’s” help & “unclosed defect & condition” view).
Views are your collections of different tickets. They are categorised to gain a better overview.

Here you can see all your personal views that you create yourself previously.
Clicking this button redirects you to the Zendesk admin view, where you can create your own views. You can find details about how to here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408832792986-Managing-your-views.
There are two types of categories: one based on purpose and the other based on the source of the order. Specifically, there is a toggle for "To-Do," which displays all views that contain specific tasks you need to complete, and a toggle for "Overview," which shows all views designed to help you maintain an overview of particular collections of tickets. Additionally, all views are categorised into Marketplace Tickets and Buyback Tickets.
