Views contain tickets that share certain conditions. You can find an explanation for each View below.

Categories

There are two types of categories: one based on purpose and the other based on the source of the order. Specifically, there is a toggle for "To-Do," which displays all views that contain specific tasks you need to complete, and a toggle for "Overview," which shows all views designed to help you maintain an overview of particular collections of tickets. Additionally, all views are categorised into Marketplace Tickets and Buyback Tickets.

Ticket Overview

When you select a view, you will be shown a list of related tickets in the center panel. This makes it easy to overview all the tickets in the respective view.
