Stable or rising lines indicate consistent reliability; dips suggest late shipments or more customer complaints.

✅ Tip: Compare score drops with peak order periods or carrier switches — these are frequent short-term causes.

Two additional charts break down delivery speed (how quickly shipments arrive by size class) and delivery tickets (customer-reported delivery issues).

• If speed drops but tickets stay stable → delays haven’t yet impacted customer experience.
