The Product Quality Insights Report helps you understand what drives your defect and condition performance — the key components of your product quality score. It reveals where issues originate, how your results compare to peers, and which areas to prioritize for improvement.

📈 Sales and Score Development

At the top, you’ll see the trend of your total quality points and sales volume over time.

• If quality points drop while sales stay stable, your defect or condition rates are worsening.
• If both drop, it signals declining quality and sales performance — focus on stabilizing sales and reducing defects.

This view helps you spot when and where your performance started to shift.

📊 Defect Rate Development

Three charts display your defect rate trends over 14, 35, and 95 days.

Each compares your actual rate with:

• the peer weighted average, and
• the target rate for full points.

Scoring follows a clear rule: perform better than peers, and you earn more points; fall behind, and you lose them.

✅ Tip: If your defect rate is above the peer average, check the category breakdown to identify which product types drive the issue — and start with your highest-volume categories first.
