In order to create an offer, you would need the instance id. You can find the instance id in the product catalogue. But there is an easier and faster way to look for your instance id and create an offer.
First, click on “Create offer” on the top right.
You are now in the category search area. Look for the product you want to create first and refine your search.
After you selected your product category, you can add filters to downsize your results.
If you are searching by instance name, you can directly type in the name of the product you are looking for. For narrowing down your search, you can also select the category and use the filter options. If you already know your instance id (from previous offer creations), you can simply paste the instance id into the search bar and find the one that you need.
After you found your instance, you can click on it to move to the next step. Read through all the details to be sure you found the right product and click on next.
Third step is the actual offer creation with instance name and instance ID already prefilled. You can add your details about grade, stock, warranty, taxes etc. in the fields below.
If there’s a duplicate, you will see a warning.
After you finished entering all the details, click on “Create offer” to finish creating your offer.
