Prioritization notice

Our team works with an internal prioritization framework based on product category demand and seller size.

As a result, products in the most in-demand categories are reviewed and listed with higher priority.

Due to the currently high volume of incoming requests and an existing backlog, some submissions may be de-prioritized or experience longer review times.

We appreciate your understanding and will continue to process all requests as efficiently as possible.

Next Generation of Listing

We have a new Listing flow that enables sellers to upload both product and offer data using a CSV template. This process is now available for all Consumer Electronics categories.

Guidelines for the new process are here.

➡️ Going forward, all tickets for consumer electronic items will be closed, as requests must come through the new process.

Products we will not list:

• In order to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, minimize return rates, and ensure the marketplace portfolio remains up to date, we have decided to discontinue listing certain devices.

• This list will be periodically reviewed and outdated offers will be deactivated accordingly.

• Exceptions may be made for specialized or high-performing products, with final decisions on listing and deactivation made by the Listing team.

• The operating system for computers needs to be Windows 11. Due to the end of Windows 10 support in october 2025, Windows 10 will no longer be listed.

• A minimum screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 is required for laptops, all-in-one desktops, monitors, and TVs.

• Storage for laptops, All-In-One computer and desktops must be a minimum of 500 GB HDD or 120 GB SSD.

• Laptops, All-in-One computer and desktops should have at least 8 GB of RAM, except for specific products, like Chromebooks.

• Devices must have been released in the last 7 years, with potential exceptions for certain categories like cameras, accessories, power supplies, docking stations, monitors, printers, and household items, based on the Listing team’s decision.
