What's changing

Stripe, our payment provider, is introducing new verification requirements for all sellers in Europe. All sellers need to complete verification by October 2026 — accounts that miss the deadline will have payouts blocked.

There are three types of checks:

How you'll know you need to take action

Verification requests are rolling out gradually from May 2026. When it's your turn, you'll see a red banner in the seller interface — click it to start. Stripe will first try to verify your details automatically. If they need more, you'll be asked to upload a document.

If you have questions, contact your account manager or reach out to our seller support team.
