You need to activate and verify your Stripe account in order to sell on refurbed.
By clicking on the Stripe icon, you get redirected to our refurbed Stripe page.
You need to fill out the requested information in order to allow Stripe to verify your company and your account.

Once we have connected your refurbed account to Stripe you will see a red banner in your refurbed merchant backend indicating that Stripe needs more information to verify your Stripe account. Please note that after your first verification has been approved this banner can pop up again at a later stage if Stripe needs more information. Only businesses (including sole proprietors), bona fide charitable organizations, and other entities or persons are eligible to apply for a Stripe Account.
During the registration, you must provide Stripe with information like your business or trade name, physical address, email, phone number, business identification number, URL, and the nature of your business or activities. They might also ask for personal information (including name, birthdate, and government-issued identification number) about your beneficial owners, principals, and your Stripe Account administrator. After you submitted the registration Stripe will verify it. You can add multiple bank accounts but only one per currency. After you've filled out everything, your account will be in Staging-Mode. This means that you can already start creating Shipping Profiles and Offers in your refurbed merchant backend but they won't be shown to the customers, yet.
Once your Stripe registration is approved your account is successfully connected to the payment provider and ready to be activated. Your refurbed Account Manager will activate your account after the onboarding process is completed.
