Everyone who should have access to your Seller Interface and/or Zendesk needs their own refurbed user account. Sharing accounts across multiple users is not permitted.
You can create up to 5 users by default. For more users please reach out to [email protected].
If you want to delete or edit user data please also reach out to [email protected].

This is the process:
- In the side menu option “Setting”, now you will find one tab for “User Accounts”:
You can see here all the accounts created and you will be able to create new accounts with the “create user account” button

- To create a new user account, after clicking the button, you can input:
- email
- First Name
- Last name
- After this, the account will be created and you will receive an email with your password

- When accessing the Supplier interface, you will find one additional step to input a One Time Password that we will send to your email
