Everyone who should have access to your Seller Interface and/or Zendesk needs their own refurbed user account. Sharing accounts across multiple users is not permitted.

You can create up to 5 users by default. For more users please reach out to [email protected].

If you want to delete or edit user data please also reach out to [email protected].

This is the process:

1. In the side menu option “Setting”, now you will find one tab for “User Accounts”: You can see here all the accounts created and you will be able to create new accounts with the “create user account” button

1. To create a new user account, after clicking the button, you can input:

• email
• First Name
• Last name

1. After this, the account will be created and you will receive an email with your password

1. When accessing the Supplier interface, you will find one additional step to input a One Time Password that we will send to your email
